On September 13-14, 2021 GG-FC Fuel Cell System Technologies & Application Summit, co-sponsored by GG-FC and GGII, was successfully hosted in Hua Gong Hall, first floor, Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel.
The summit, which was themed “Let the world share the prosperity of hydrogen vehicles, let all parties contribute to the creation of high-tech systems”, was organized in four sessions that covered many links of the industrial chain from complete vehicles, fuel cells, key components and parts through equipment. Over 600 industrial experts, enterprise leaders and elite investors were present to discuss technical roadmaps and the trend of industrial development.
GG-FC is a well-established media platform that commands the highest authority and the most influence in China and conducts both industry research and conference activities involving hydrogen energy.
GG-FC and GGII jointly selected and awarded “2021 Fuel Cell System Technical Contribution Prize” to outstanding innovative enterprises in an effort to encourage technological innovation, enhance mutual understanding throughout the industrial chain, and provide decision-making support to industrial development and reference to industrial capital.
During the awarding ceremony, Sinosynergy was granted the “Fuel Cell Stack Technical Contribution Prize”, and its subsidiary, Sinsynpower, won the “Fuel Cell System Technical Contribution Prize”.
In the background when five ministries and commissions have jointly issued the national policy of fuel cell vehicle demonstration city clusters, this honor represents an important approval of Sinosynergy by the industry.
The innovation in fuel cell technologies is a driving power in the development of hydrogen energy. Sinosynergy has always been devoted to promoting proprietary technology breakthroughs in fuel cell products in the industry, the commercialization of hydrogen energy in China and the construction of a complete ecosphere of hydrogen energy.
At present, Sinosynergy has mastered such sophisticated core technologies as the batch production of expansion graphite bipolar plates, the thickness reduction of flexible graphite bipolar plates, and the design of high power density fuel cell stacks, and has applied them in its proprietary new products of SynStack G series fuel cell stacks, SynRoad G series fuel cell systems, etc. The SynStack G series stacks, with many technical innovations, have been a milestone breakthrough in China’s graphite stacks, and have led the industry to bring the price down to CNY1999/kW.
As a technology innovation enterprise, Sinosynergy has been certified as “China Enterprise – University – Research Institute Cooperation Innovation Demonstration Laboratory”, “National High-Tech Enterprise” and “National Postdoctoral Working Station”, a demonstration model for the hydrogen energy industry.
Meanwhile, Sinosynergy does its best to build a key common technology platform, opens its system solutions to the industry, and shares with partners all IP technologies from supply chain system to engineering source codes so as to coordinate the industry’s efforts to improve the products’ technical performance, lower product costs and further promote the fast development of the hydrogen fuel cell industry and the multi-field and large-scale application of hydrogen fuel cells.
Sinosynergy has so far used its hydrogen fuel cell products in such commercial applications as public transportation, logistics and heave-duty trucks, and conducted in-depth collaboration with industrial partners in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, Shangdong, Henan and Hebei Provinces, Beijing and Tianjin Municipalities and Southwest China to help those cities construct their hydrogen energy ecosphere and promote the operation and commercial application of the hydrogen energy industry in China.
The publication of the demonstration city clusters policy has brought more opportunities and expectations to the hydrogen energy industry. Sinosynergy will continue to uphold the “open and win-win” concept, and coordinate development with upstream and downstream enterprises to promote the commercial application of fuel cell technologies in road, rail and water transportation and distributed power generation, boost the achievement of the goals of carbon peak and neutrality and build with all parties a clean and sustainable beautiful future.
