On September 15, 2021, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China released the publicity list of the third group of industrial product green design demonstration enterprises. Sinosynergy was successfully included in the list, and its strength in fuel cell green design was recognized by the state.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China organized the recommendation of industrial product green design demonstration enterprises, for the purpose of implementing green design in an all-round and whole-process manner, promoting green and low-carbon industrial cycle development, and contributing to the goals of achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.
Green design refers to a design scheme that systematically considers the impact of raw materials, manufacturing, use, recycling, treatment and other links on resources and environment in the product design and development stage in accordance with the concept of full life cycle, for the purpose of reducing the consumption of resources and the generation and emission of pollutants from the sources. It is the important content and mainstream direction of China's industrial design under the goals of achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.
It is learned that for the program, industrial product green design demonstration enterprises are screened nationwide in accordance with high standards and strict requirements. After a series of procedures, including self-evaluation by the applying company, evaluation by the third-party evaluation agency, evaluation and confirmation by the provincial industry and informatization authorities, expert argumentation, and publicity, the industrial product green design demonstration enterprises are finally determined.
The creating of green design demonstration enterprises is one of the important measures to implement the "Made in China 2025" and "Industrial Green Development Plan (2016-2020)" and promote the green development of industry.
This time, Sinosynergy was included in the publicity list of the third group of industrial product green design demonstration enterprises. This is not only another recognition of Sinosynergy's green manufacturing related work by the national competent department after it was certified as the "National Green Factory" and "National Green Supply Chain Management Demonstration Enterprise" in 2019, but also a high recognition of Sinosynergy's production process and products.

The fuel cell products of Sinosynergy are designed in strict accordance with the green ecological concept, and the whole cycle from design to application reflects the characteristics of "green, low-carbon, energy conservation and environmental protection". The main raw material of Sinosynergy's galvanic pile product is flexible graphite bipolar plate, which has the characteristics of green, environmental protection and non-toxic. In the production process, on the pre-condition of ensuring that the basic performance, service life and product quality of the product fully meet the relevant standards, the in-depth protection of the environment is effectively implemented from the source through technological innovation and technological transformation, etc. Fuel cell products only produce water during operation, thus achieving zero-carbon pollution.
Sinosynergy is committed to building a green society and actively creating a green industrial ecology of hydrogen energy. At present, Sinosynergy's fuel cell products have been widely used in road traffic, rail transit, ships, distributed power generation and other fields. More than 4,000 fuel cell vehicles have been equipped with Sinosynergy's fuel cell products, with a safe driving mileage of more than 80 million kilometers. According to the current production line capacity planning and design, about 600,000 tons of carbon emissions can be reduced each year.
