On January 26, in order to help the implementation of the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", based on the principle of complementary advantages, resource sharing and common development, Guangdong Nation-Synergy Hydrogen Power Technology Co., Ltd. (Sinosynergy) and  JOVO Group (JOVO) signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement". The two parties will start long-term and in-depth cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy utilization and join hands to help the country achieve the goal of "double carbon" strategy.
 
According to the agreement, both parties will start in-depth cooperation in information sharing and market development: JOVO, as a hydrogen resource provider, will provide complete hydrogen supply solutions to Sinosynergy and its downstream end-users; Sinosynergy will share hydrogen demand information of downstream end-users with JOVO based on its rescource advantages in the field of hydrogen fuel cells.In addition, the teams of both parties will also start a comprehensive cooperation to develop the end-user market of hydrogen energy utilization in Guangdong by taking advantage of each party in the industry chain.
