On October 29, Ejin Horo Banner’s hydrogen energy commercial vehicles started operation. Hua Ruifeng, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Ordos Municipal Committee and Secretary of CPC Ejin Horo Banner Committee; Hao Yongyao, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Ejin Horo Banner People's Congress; Wu Yun, Deputy Secretary of CPC Ejin Horo Banner Committee and Acting Banner Chief of Ejin Horo Banner People's Government; Tian Fenqing, Party Group Secretary of Ejin Horo Banner People's Political Consultation Conference and Candidate Chairman of  Ejin Horo Banner People's Political Consultation Conference; Zhang Zhejun, Executive Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Nation-Synergy Hydrogen Power Technology Co., Ltd.,  (Sinosynergy)  and Wang Guangsheng, Deputy General Manager of Foshan Feichi Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. attended the launching ceremony.

In his speech, Zhang Zhejun expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the leaders and friends for their support and help to Sinosynergy, and promised to go all out to properly provide after-sale services and technical support together with Feichi Automobile. Together with its partners, Sinosynergy will further strengthen industry synergy and promote the construction and development of the entire industry chain including hydrogen, vehicle and operation based on its excellent fuel cell technology and the strong industrial foundation and the abundant hydrogen energy resources of Ejin Horo Banner, so as to make contributions to the realization of the dual-carbon goal of Ordos as possible as it can.


Subsequently, Hua Ruifeng announced the start of operation of Ejin Horo Banner hydrogen energy commercial vehicles, and jointly unveiled the launch ceremony with Wang Guangsheng.


The hydrogen energy commercial vehicles launched this time uses fuel cell stacks and systems produced by Sinosynergy and installed and assembled by Feichi Automobile Technology Co., Ltd.

Sinosynergy has the world's largest fuel cell stack production line, and has domestic leading advantages in industrialization, scale, autonomy, market share, etc. It has been ranked for the first in terms of domestic market share of automotive fuel cell stacks for four consecutive years. It has assembled nearly 5,000 vehicles, accounting for about half of the domestic total, with a total operating distance of more than 100 million kilometers.

Feichi Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the first enterprises to obtain the national qualification for the manufacture of hydrogen energy commercial vehicles. It is also the enterprise having promoted the largest number of hydrogen energy buses in the industry. It has rich hydrogen energy product lines, including large and medium-sized urban buses, commuter vehicles, and light, medium and heavy trucks, etc., with the total operating distance more than 30 million kilometers, the first in the industry. Moreover, the performance of these products is safe and reliable.


By now, Ejin Horo Banner has purchased dozens of hydrogen-fueled urban buses, seven-seated commercial vehicles, 31-ton dump trucks and 49-ton hydrogen-fueled heavy trucks. Currently, the first batch of hydrogen energy vehicles has been put into operation. It is predicted that the banner will use 30 short-distance hydrogen energy heavy trucks in mining areas, and the banner also plans to promote the application of 5,500 hydrogen energy heavy trucks during the "14th Five-Year Plan" Period. At the same time, in order to ensure the continuous and stable supply of hydrogen energy, Ejin Horo Banner has planned 10 hydrogen refueling stations, and the sites for them have been chosen so far.
