On October 27, Sinosynergy and Nanjing Yueboo Power System Co., Ltd. (Yueboo) signed in Nanjing an agreement for all-out strategic cooperation on hydrogen fuel cell stacks and system integration.

On the signing ceremony, Zhang Zhejun, Executive Deputy GM of Sinosynergy, and Luo Benjin, Chief Scientist of Yueboo and President of New Energy Vehicle Institute, set their hands on behalf of their enterprises to the strategic cooperation agreement. Through this cooperation, the two parties will further consolidate resources and, via synergy, innovation and development, promote the application of hydrogen energy technologies in all sectors.


Yueboo, a flagship in new energy vehicle power systems, leads the industry in development, production and service of new energy vehicle power system products in China. Applicable to all 1.5 T – 150 T new energy vehicles, the products are widely used on new energy commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, etc., and the customers are all mainstream Chinese enterprises such as Dongfeng, FAW, Geely, Changan and 70 other carmakers, leading the industry for many consecutive years in market share.


As a leading player in fuel cell industry, Sinosynergy has now achieved independent research, development and innovation, domestic sourcing of core materials and manufacturing facilities, and smart production of high quality and large scale. It has completed the construction of world leading hydrogen fuel cell stacks production base, and its market share of vehicle mounted stacks in China has ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.


Now, the in-depth cooperation between Yueboo and Sinosynergy will promote two parties’ close strategic partnership in products, technologies and marketing, boost optimization and upgrading of their products and industrial planning, provide customers with more competitive products, and benefit two parties’ coordination in industrial resources and service experience. Based on Yueboo’s industry foundation and advantage in resources in the field of new energy power system, the two parties will step up innovation breakthrough and industrial application of core technologies of fuel cell products, and provide more successful applications where clean energy boosts carbon neutrality.
