On the morning of August 12, Zheng Ke, Secretary of the CPC Foshan Municipal Committee, and Guo Wenhai, Mayor of Foshan Municipal People’s Government, led the Party and government delegation of Foshan to inspect Sinosynergy. Lu Rongchun, Secretary of the CPC Yunfu Municipal Committee, and other relevant leaders participated in the activity.

The leaders of the two cities visited the exhibition hall and fuel cell production workshop of Sinosynergy, and heard the report on the corporate development and product application of Sinosynergy delivered by Dr. Liu Zhixiang, Deputy General Manager of Sinosynergy, and learned more about the cost composition of each segment of the hydrogen energy industry, and affirmed the achievements made by Sinosynergy.


During the inspection, the two cities held a joint meeting of the Party and government. Zheng Ke said at the meeting that all relevant departments at all levels in Foshan must thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches, fully carry out the plans and requirements of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPC and Guangdong Provincial People’s Government, and in light of the needs of Yunfu, do what Foshan can do to vigorously advance the Foshan-to-Yunfu paired assistance. On behalf of the CPC Yunfu Municipal Committee and Yunfu Municipal People’s Government, Lu Rongchun expressed their sincere thanks to Foshan for its long-term strong support and assistance, and said that Yunfu City would raise the political awareness, and earnestly strengthen the sense of political responsibility for pushing ahead the work of Foshan-to-Yunfu paired assistance.

As a typical representative of Foshan-to-Yunfu paired assistance, the development of Sinosynergy has benefited from the strong support of the governments of the two cities. As Secretary Zheng Ke mentioned in this inspection activity, energy is vital for national strategy. Hydrogen energy is recognized as the "ultimate clean energy", and the development of hydrogen energy is an important way to optimize the national strategic energy structure and achieve dual-carbon goals (China’s national twin goals of reaching the carbon emission peak before 2030 and achieving “carbon neutrality” before 2060 in a “coordinated and orderly manner”). Sinosynergy will continue to play an exemplary and leading role and contribute to the sustainable development of society.
